100 Days Project

Paula: Conscious Presence

I shall meditate every day, to disconnect the mind from superficial thought, to find stillness within, to reduce the focus of my mind on my chronic pain, and allow my body to restore itself to a place of higher vitality, whereby I hope to focus on conscious presence to live each moment more fully. I shall do a minimum of 10 minutes per day, and either blog, paint or photograph something that comes from each daily meditation.
