Danielle: Gluten Free Gems - 100 Days of Delicious
My daughter Gemma was recently diagnosed with Coeliac disease. As a keen baker and home cook I was a little dismayed to realise how many of her favourite foods had just been taken 'off the table'. This project challenges me to find something delicious everyday that we can all enjoy together as a gluten-free family. At the end of the 100 days I hope she has some new favourites, and that I will have a greater knowledge of how to make gluten free food that doesn't compromise on taste!
