Physical Healthy Food Chart
Packaging experiment in response to the New Zealand Heart Foundations revised design of the Healthy Food Chart. Formalising each recommended food type into varying sized packaging to indicate quantities that should be consumed of each.
Largest to smallest: vegetables and fruit - bread, cereals, grains, starchy vegetables - fish, meat, chicken, legumes, eggs - milk, yogurt, cheese - oils, nuts
The gradients of each package represent the colours of the foods represented in each division of the chart.
